Our Process

How many steps does the production process have?

The process of working with Aris Kozmetik consists of six main steps; each one builds on the output of the one before it, keeping the brand clear on where things stand throughout.

1. Discovery & Brief

The brand idea, target market, product segment and positioning are clarified together. This step forms the foundation for every decision that follows.

2. Formulation & Sampling

The formula is determined through trend analysis, ingredient planning and fragrance direction; laboratory samples are prepared and presented for the brand's approval.

3. Packaging & Design

Bottle, cap, box and valve are selected; the product label and brand visual identity are designed.

4. Regulatory Work (UTS / Ministry of Health / GS1)

UTS registration, Ministry of Health notification and GS1 barcode processes are carried out in parallel with production planning.

5. Production & Filling

Production, filling and packaging are carried out in compliance with GMP and ISO standards, using the approved formula and packaging.

6. Delivery & Export

The product is prepared for domestic delivery or brought into the export process for more than 23 countries.

How long does this process take?

Total duration varies depending on product type, formulation complexity, packaging lead time and order quantity. A concrete schedule is shared once the product and goals are clarified in the first conversation.
