Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This privacy notice has been prepared to inform you about your personal data processed by Aris Kozmetik ("data controller") in accordance with Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Which personal data is processed?

When you fill out the quote form or contact form, we process your full name, company name, email address, phone number, country information and any other details you share in your message. When you visit the website, your IP address and browser information may also be processed for a limited time for security and analytics purposes.

For what purposes is personal data processed?

Your personal data is processed to evaluate your quote request, to contact you, to improve service quality, and to fulfill legal obligations. Your data is not shared with third parties except with your explicit consent or as permitted under KVKK.

How long is personal data retained?

Quote and contact form records are retained for a reasonable period assessed according to the nature of the relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymized. IP records collected for security purposes are anonymized after a defined period. System logs are retained for a limited period and automatically deleted afterward.

What are your rights?

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request its deletion or destruction within the framework set out in KVKK.
